Drivers are the backbone of Kargo. Their performance reflects Kargo's reliability and accountability. However, we struggled to improve and maintain their performance. Lack of Visibility and not standardized measurement made it difficult to determine the right strategy to improve driver performance.

I was part of this project. Involved in the research and design of the experience. Visited some cities in Java to meet the drivers, had a discussion with the Ground Ops team, and understand what drivers' performance looks like, and what motivates them to work and to perform better at work. It's not work, but an Adventure!

Not only collecting and distributing the funds, moreover, but another importantly thing is also the financial statement. Every year the administrators (Amil) in each region experience difficulties in making the statement that should fit the national standards and be integrated with the headquarters. The existence of the Ziska application has helped overcome this challenge. In 2019, LAZISMU won an award as LAZNAS for the best annual report at the Baznas Award.

I collaborated with the LAZISMU team to develop this accounting reporting system.

In Q3 2022, Kargo wanted to develop the product faster, particularly in the fulfillment process. Without hurting the Ground Ops Team's productivity, we try to speed up the fulfillment measurement.

This is the story of when I was involved in a project that have deadly limited time in the design and development process.

In 2017, within 2 months, we identified the needs and challenges both from the Institution and University, faculty, and department staff as well as the lectures. In the end, CIA was able to maintain their cooperation documents and give good services both for the internal staff and partners as well as boost their cooperation quality.

Akademika lets student manage every in a single place.  Connect with other student and teacher, share what you’re up to, or discuss the burning tasks with each other. This platform will boost the student productivity.
